The Season 7 Week 7 Legendary challenges are here, and the first quest requires players to construct a wooden hatchery in Fortnite.

Every week during Season 7, a new set of Legendary challenges are released. Unlike weekly epic challenges, Legendary challenges have to be completed within 7 days. After which, the challenges disappear forever. Not only are Legendary Challenges great for XP, but this season they are integral to the storyline.

This week, Bush Ranger is requesting that players help them care and nurture for an alien parasite. This includes building them a home, finding eggs, and reading up on the latest parenting guides. While the invaders and their parasites are hostile, Bush Ranger is determined to care for these extraterrestrial creatures.

Where to build Wooden Hatchery in Fortnite

Before starting to care for one of these eggs, players are tasked with constructing a wooden hatchery. This is where the alien eggs will be kept as Bush Ranger cares for them. There are three locations where players can build the hatcheries, but they only need to build one to complete the challenge.

The map below shows the exact locations of all three hatcheries. The first is located just west of Graggy Cliffs on an island. The second is south of Slurpy Swamp on a small landmass. And the third is east of Catty Corner in a cabin past the mountains.

To build the wooden hatchery in Fortnite, all a player needs to do is press the action button when near the building site. The build sites are marked by a glowing blue structure that resembles the completed hatchery.

Once built, the challenge will be complete and players will earn 45k experience points. If a player completes all five weekly challenges, they will earn 165k experience points total. These challenges aren’t very hard making them a quick way to rack up a ton of XP.

The final step in helping Bush Ranger become the best alien caretaker is finding them some required reading materials. Bush Ranger has asked players to collect parenting books from either Holly Hatchery or Retail Row.

Players only have to collect two books, but there are eight different locations to choose from. Four parenting books can be found at Holly Hatchery and four can be found at Retail Row. The maps below show the exact locations of all eight books, so players won’t have to spend long searching on their own.

The parenting books are usually locating indoors next to a bookshelf. To make them easier to spot, they are also surrounded by a glowing blue aura. All a player needs to do to collect the books is approach them and press the action button.

Once collected, the challenge will be complete and players will earn 30k experience points. If a player completes all five weekly challenges, they will earn 165k experience points total. These challenges aren’t very hard making them a quick way to rack up a ton of XP.

The Season 7 Week 7 Legendary challenges are here, and one of the quests requires players to find records at Pleasant Park and Craggy Cliffs.

After which, the challenges disappear forever. Not only are Legendary Challenges great for XP, but this season they are integral to the storyline.

Record locations at Craggy Cliffs & Pleasant Park

One of the later of this week’s Legendary challenges required players to find records at Craggy Cliffs or Pleasant park. No, not records as in files. This quest is referring to records that play music. Likely to be used to soothe the baby aliens, these records are essential to helping Bush Ranger hatch the alien eggs.

Below are two maps that show the exact locations of all nine record bins. There are five records at Pleasant Park and four records at Craggy Cliffs. However, players only have to collect two records to complete the challenge. Using the maps below, this challenge should be a breeze.

The records are located in a small blue crate that would normally blend into the rest of the furniture. Luckily, each of the records at Pleasant Park and Craggy Cliffs has a glowing blue aura. This makes them easier to spot. All a player has to do is approach the records and press the action button to collect them.

Once collected, the challenge will be complete and players will earn 30k experience points. If a player completes all five weekly challenges, they will earn 165k experience points total. These challenges aren’t very hard making them a quick way to rack up a ton of XP.

A new luxury car has been added to the game, and here is where players can find the Fortnite Ferrari 296 GTB.

Fortnite first added cars in Chapter 2 Season 2, which was the first time a proper vehicle has been implemented. Before then, players were given crazy creative vehicles such as shopping carts, balls with grappling hooks, or giant mech suits. While vehicles have played a huge role in Fortnite for many seasons, they have stayed relatively the same since Season 2.

With the number of crossovers that Fortnite has offered, it only makes sense that it would eventually collab with a car company. Rocket League, another Epic Games-owned IP, has had various crossovers with vehicle brands. Now, the Fortnite Ferrari 296 GTB has made its way into the game.

Starting today, July 22, the Fortnite Ferrari 296 GTB will appear in-game and can be driven all around the island. This new supercar can reach insanely high speeds, has the ability to boost, and allows players to drive in style like never before.

In addition to the new whip, players can also purchase the new Ferrari cosmetics in the item shop. There are two skins that feature Ferrari styles and new character models. As well, a Ferrari back bling can be purchased. The three items can be bought separately or purchased as a bundle for 1,400 V-Bucks.

Below is a map from Fortnite.gg that shows the location of every Ferrari on the island. Some Fortnite Ferrari 296 GTBs can be found at gas stations by themselves, while other POIs house numerous Ferraris. Regardless of where a player finds one, these new cars are the fastest way to travel around the map.

Epic Games hasn’t stated how long this promotion will last or if it will end. However, players might want to hop in and take the new Ferrari for a spin while they can. This may be the only time players get to drive a Ferrari, even if it’s only in virtual form.
